the reception area offered complimentary drinks and shortbread. my room included a generous supply of teas and coffees along with glassware. i used the convenient luggage storage both before check-in and after checking out.

i was greeted with prosecco upon arrival! what a treat! the location was pretty much walking distance for everything. the rooms were clean and spacious, very much appreciated!!!
The receptionist wasn't very helpful during check-in, sadly. i was told they don't do room service for drinks. This was super disappointing. i found out this wasn't correct later.

the room had a generous amount of teas, coffees, and glassware. i appreciated being able to leave luggage before and after checking in. reception staff were helpful.
There were rather unpleasant smells from what i assumed were the drains as i entered my room. It remained throughout my stay.

I found the location convenient. the proximity to transport links was a definite advantage! i appreciated the cleanliness and modern decor of the rooms ! the breakfast was very varied. I found the attentive staff there quite helpful.
